珠海广播电视台成立于2005年4月，由原珠海电视台、珠海人民广播电台、珠海市广播电视发射台和珠海市广播电视监听监视监测中心合并组建，南晓明同志担任台长、党委书记。 珠海广播电视台自办两个电视频道——新闻综合频道（ZHTV-1）和生活服务频道(ZHTV-2)，两个广播频率——城市之声（FM95.1）和交通音乐（FM87.5），一份报纸——《南方声屏报·珠海娱乐生活》，下辖珠海广播电视网络传输公司和广播电视发射台。
