WKSD-FM 99.7 signed on the air in 1989 and is Paulding and Van Wert Counties only FM facility. The station features a Classic Hits format with the greatest songs of the 60's, 70's and 80's twenty-four hours everyday. WKSD is programmed by long-time radio personality Chris Roberts. That, together with an extensive music library means you'll hear the songs that most of the other stations have long since forgotten. It is a Classic Hits mix like no other available anywhere on the radio dial. WKSD is also the local station for Ohio State Buckeye football and basketball and carries high school sports from Paulding and Van Wert counties.
