La emisora UIS ESTÉREO "La Voz de la Universidad", inició sus emisiones el 10 de marzo de 1995. A partir de esta fecha ha ido creciendo y consolidando una programación muy selecta, la cual incluye espacios de información, cultura y entretenimiento, realizados por estudiantes y profesionales UIS de distintas áreas del conocimiento. En la actualidad puede ser sintonizada las 24 horas del día, en los departamentos de Santander, Boyacá, Bolívar y Antioquia, en el dial de los 96.9 FM.
