A Rádio Agape AM, com estúdios em Balsa Nova e também em Campo Largo, Região Metropolitana de Curitiba, está no ar desde 1º de abril de 1987 quando iniciou suas atividades. Na época com o nome de Radio Difusora Balsa Nova depois passou a ser chamada de Rádio RBN, e hoje então é chamada de Rádio Ágape AM.
