Ràdio l'Arboç neix l'any 2003 per iniciativa de l'Ajuntament i amb l'objectiu de dotar a la vila d'un mitjà de comunicació adreçat a la difusió de notícies, esdeveniments i de la cultura arbocenca en general. Per aquest motiu i mitjançant ple municipal ,s'aprova destinar una partida de 50.000 euros per la creació d'un equipament de radiodifusió i la seva posada en marxa.
