天津区县联盟广播是天津电台联合本市11个涉农区县电台共同打造的一套对农综合广播。2006年12月30日，中共天津市委常委、市委宣传部部长肖怀远启动了天津区县联盟广播的开播按钮。作为天津电台十个系列台之一，天津区县联盟广播也是全国第一家以联盟方式运作的广播媒体，这一模式在国内业界被广泛推崇。
