Nata nel 1976, anno in cui è stato liberalizzato l’etere e sono nate le prime radio e tv private, Bergamo Tv appartiene al Gruppo SESAAB, che vanta una lunga storia che si estende su un arco di tre secoli. Pochi anni dopo alla Tv si affiancava Radio Alta, a completare un’offerta informativa che comprendeva - dal lontano 1880 - L’Eco di Bergamo, ancor oggi il giornale locale più diffuso in Italia.
