The station's studio is located along Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, Brgy. Anabu II-E, Imus City, Cavite while its transmission facilities are located at Mt. Sungay-People's Park in the Sky, Tagaytay City, Cavite. Lips 106 is a 24-hour operating station except on Sundays where it signs-off at 10:35 pm until 3:55 am of Monday.
