คำว่า Fab เป็นคำแสลงของคำว่า Fabulous ซึ่งแปลว่า ดีมาก หรือ ยอดเยี่ยม Fab Radio สถานีวิทยุคริสเตียนที่ไม่มีโฆษณา เป็นแนวคิดของ ศบ.พรสรวง จิตต์แจ้ง และ นพ.วุฒิพงศ์ เชาวน์ชูเวชช ในการประกาศเรื่องราวของพระเจ้าผ่านวิทยุกระจายเสียงชุมชนในพื้นที่ จ.ตรัง เริ่มออกอากาศเต็มรูปแบบครั้งแรก เมื่อวันที่ 1 มีนาคม 2007 โดยมีผู้จัดรายการ 7 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่อีก 2 คน ออกอากาศตั้งแต่เวลา 05.00-23.00 น.ทุกวัน
